1. Program Description

Our SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, follow-ups, and customer support messages to patients who have booked or requested an appointment with Lawrenceville Dental & Implants through our website, scheduling forms, or in our office, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
